Broad-winged Hawk

I was outside just a couple minutes ago, and something flew by me. I looked up in the tree and a large hawk was pearched there. It was pretty close and sat there looking at me. I took a couple pictures on my blackberry (not great quality), but it great to see it up close.

The security guards noticed me taking some pictures and asked if it was the hawk. They said they see him around here alot and one time one of the guys that worked in this building came running in afraid of the hawk.
After looking it up on Whatbird.com it appears to be a Broad-winged Hawk.
